Check your teacher’s availability and reschedule any lessons you cannot attend.
Important reminders BEFORE proceding
Complete the rescheduling as soon as possible, and at least 12 hours BEFORE the original lesson start time.
The make-up lesson should occur on a day/time BEFORE the original lesson.
As an exception, you may move it to a date up to 10 consecutive daysafter the original lesson.
A rescheduled lesson cannot be reschedule again.
If you cannot find an available slot to reschedule before or within 10 days after the original lesson, keep calm and click here to check the How to Use Make-ups for a Future Lesson.
Reschedulings that don’t follow these instructions will be automatically CANCELLED.

Confirm your pre-scheduling
Ensure you follow all the steps until the last confirmation. You must receive an email and see the event in your Google Calendar.
